If you're unable to create learners in EPortfolio from PICs Web, this is usually caused by multiple assessor accounts with the same MIS Value (this also includes archived accounts).
If you've checked your active and archived assessors and are unable to locate duplicated MIS values, please reach out to us here and provide the learners and assessors name.
You can check active and archived assessors by following the steps below.
- Log in as Centre Manager
- Click Users
- Click Assessors
- Select Include archived users from the Archived users drop down menu
- Click Account
Here you'll be able to see the assessors MIS.
