What data is synced with PICSWeb?

The 2-way integration with PICSWeb and OneFile keeps data in both systems in sync. There are two main parts to the integration:

Learner upload - new learners are created in OneFile from PICSWeb
Automatic sync - PICSWeb data is updated from activity in OneFile
