Overview
If you cannot see all of your learners on the Onefile Eportfolio App, it is usually due to your sync settings not being fully updated. We recommend performing a Centre Sync and Learner Sync each time you use the app (or at minimum for the learner you are visiting) to ensure you have the latest data.
If you have already synced but still cannot see all learners visible in your online account, follow the steps below.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Assessor
- Trainee Assessor
Steps to Update Sync Settings
- Tap the Cog (⚙️) icon on the homepage.
- Tap Additional Assessor, Unit Assessor, and Learning Aim Assessor (ensure all are selected).
- Tap Sync Settings.
- Tap Select All.
- Tap Start Sync.
When the sync completes, all learners assigned to you in the online system should now appear in the app.
Important Notes
- Always perform a sync before starting a visit to ensure you have the most up‑to‑date information.
- If learners still do not appear, check that they are assigned to you in the web version of Onefile Eportfolio.
- A poor internet connection can prevent a full sync — retry on a stronger signal or over Wi‑Fi.
