Overview
If you can’t see all your learners on the Eportfolio App, it’s usually because your sync settings need updating. We recommend completing a Centre Sync and Learner Sync every time you use the app (or at least for the learner you’re visiting) to ensure you have the latest data.
If you’ve already synced but still can’t see all learners from your online account, follow the steps below.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Assessor
- Trainee Assessor
Steps to Update Sync Settings
- Tap the Cog icon on the homepage.
- Tap Additional Assessor, Unit Assessor, and Learning Aim Assessor.
- Tap Sync Settings.
- Tap Select All.
- Tap Start Sync.
When the sync completes, you should have access to all learners.
ℹ️Important Notes
Always perform a sync before starting a visit to ensure you have the latest learner data.
