Why can't I see all my learners on the Eportfolio App?

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor

We would recommend you complete a centre and learner sync every time you use the App (or at least for the learner you're going to visit), just in case something else has changed. If you've completed a centre and learner sync but aren't able to see all the learners from your online account, follow the steps below:

  1. Tap Cog icon on Homepage
  2. Tap Additional assessor, Unit assessor and Learning aim assessor
  3. Tap Sync Settings
  4. Tap Select All
  5. Tap Start sync

When the sync has completed you should have access to all learners.
