Please ensure you are logged out of your Eportfolio account before 7am to prevent any data loss.

How do I complete a Learner sync on the Eportfolio App?

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor

A "Learner sync" will update your app with any changes that have been made to the online version of OneFile for all your Learners. This includes their progress, selected learning aims and units and much more. 

We would recommend you complete a learner sync every time you use the App (or at least for the learner you're going to visit), just in case something else has changed.

To complete a learner sync on the app, follow the steps below:

  1. Tap Learners on the home screen
  2. Tap learner(s) name you wish to sync or Tap sync all to sync all learners
  3. Tap Sync
  4. Tap the elements you wish to sync
  5. Tap Start Sync
