User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

Centre Manager

Centre Setting

Calculate Expected OTJ to date

To enable OTJ tracking, so you are able to see the learners actual OTJ compared to the expected, follow the steps below.

Click Centre on the left hand navigation bar
Click Settings
Scroll down to Miscellaneous
Within the Timesheets sub-heading click Calculate Expected OTJ to date
Set your thresholds for comparing

The calculation for Expected OTJ:

Learners with a start date before 01/09/2022:

=(Weeks to date/Duration (Wks)) * Target OTJ

Learners with a start date on or after 01/09/2022:

=(Weeks to date/Duration (Wks)) * Planned OTJ

You can also report on your learners OTJ through the Learners Expected OTJ Progress report.
