Why can't I see the option to mark an entry as off-the-job?

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

Your learners will not be able to mark an entry as off-the-job if the following centre setting is turned off:

  Centre Setting

Record time spent "Off-the-job"

This setting can be enabled by following the steps below:

  1. Click Centre in the navigation menu
  2. Click Settings
  3. Ensure the Use Timesheets setting is also enabled
  4. Tick Record time spent "Off-the-job"
  5. Click Save
