Delete User on Enrol

Overview

This feature allows Training Providers to permanently delete a user from Enrol. When a user is deleted, their associated Keychain account is also removed. Users cannot delete their own account.

Steps

How to Delete a User

  1. Click Users on the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Locate the user you wish to delete.
  3. Click the Delete icon.
  4. Click Delete again to confirm.

The user has now been permanently deleted.

User Deletion

  • Deleting a user will also remove their Keychain account.
  • Users cannot delete their own account and must be deleted by a Training Provider.

Tips & Notes

  • Ensure you have selected the correct user before confirming deletion, as this action cannot be reversed.
