How to reset your EQA password

To reset the password for your External Quality Assurer account, please  follow the below steps: 

  1. On the OneFile login page, click Forgot Password
  2. Enter the email address linked to your EQA account 
  3. Open email
  4. Under Eportfolio, click the reset password link under External Verifier 
  5. Enter and Confirm your new password 
  6. Click Change Password 

The name of the centre or training provider which appears next to External Verifier/External Quality Assurer is the name of the provider you were first assigned to and you can access all assigned providers through this one login.
