Overview

Tasks can be reassigned when responsibility needs to move from one user to another. This may be required when assessors change, team members are unavailable, or quality actions need to be redirected. Reassigning tasks ensures workflow continuity and keeps learner progress on track.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor
  • Internal Quality Assurer

How to Reassign a Task

  1. Click Tasks.
  2. Click View All.
  3. Click Reassign Task.
  4. Select the user you wish to send the task to.
  5. Add any comments or instructions (optional).
  6. Click Reassign Task.

Note: The user you are reassigning the task to must be assigned to the learner to receive the task.
