Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Promoting Written Questions

Overview

Written Question Banks created by an Assessor can be promoted so they become available to all Assessors across the Centre. This helps standardise questioning and ensures consistent assessment practice within Onefile Eportfolio.

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by the following user role:

  • Centre Manager

Steps

How to Promote Written Questions

  1. Click Quality on the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Click Written Questions.
  3. Use the Select Owner filter to search for the question bank created by an Assessor.
  4. Click the Title of the written question bank.
  5. Click Take Ownership.
  6. Click OK to confirm.

The Written Question Bank will now appear under your Centre’s question banks, making it available for use by all Assessors.

Tips & Notes

  • Promoting question banks helps maintain consistent assessment standards across the Centre.
  • Only Centre Managers can promote Written Question Banks created by Assessors.
  • Once promoted only Centre Managers can edit the banks of questions
