Selecting IQA Assessment Actions

Overview

Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs) can select assessment actions when sampling assessments. These actions help track quality assurance activity, support feedback to Assessors, and contribute to Centre-wide reporting.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Internal Quality Assurer

Steps

How to Select IQA Assessment Actions

  1. Open the Assessment you want to sample.
  2. Tick the criteria you have sampled.
  3. Enter your feedback for the Assessor.
  4. Scroll to the Assessment Decision section.
  5. Select your Assessment Decision.
  6. Tick the relevant IQA Assessment Actions.
  7. Sign the assessment.
  8. Click Save & Quit.

Important Notes

  • Next to each IQA action, you will see a count showing how many times that action has previously been selected for the Assessor.
  • To report on IQA Assessment Actions, use the IQA Assessment Actions Report under Internal Verifier Reports.

Assessment Actions

If the assessment action you need is not available:

  • Contact your Centre Manager, who can create new IQA Assessment Actions.

✔️ Tip: Use assessment actions consistently to maintain accurate reporting and a clear quality assurance trail.
