Creating a sampling plan in multi mode

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Internal Quality Assurer 

You can add sampling within multi mode by following the steps below:

  1. Click Unit Sampling from the left hand navigation bar
  2. Use filters to display learners and assigned units
  3. Click Submit
  4. Select Multi-Mode within Learner Selection
  5. Click Simple or Advanced mode
  6. Keep date fields blank, unless searching for planned sampling
  7. Tick box within assigned units for multiple learners
  8. Tick Planned Sampling Methods
  9. Select Assessment Processes ( Will be visible if configured by Centre)
  10. Set task reminder date from date picker
  11. Add Additional Comments (Optional)
  12. Click Apply all to Table

Toggling between Single and Advanced radio buttons will provide more options for you to select from when configuring your Sampling Table or searching for sampling that has taken place. 

Once you have applied your sampling you will be able to view the Planned Sampling Methods that you have selected, these are represented by coloured boxes. Using the Planned Activity options will also allow you display the below against each unit that has been selected for sampling:

  • Planned completion date
  • Planned formative sample date
  • Planned assessment processes
