Creating a sampling plan in single mode

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Internal Quality Assurer

You can add sampling within Single Mode by following the steps below:

  1. Click Unit Sampling from the left hand navigation bar
  2. Use filters to display learners and assigned units 
  3. Ensure Learner Selection displays Single-Mode
  4. Under Planed Activity tick Show planned completion date (PCD) 
  5. Click PCD within the unit you would like to sample
  6. Tick check boxes of the Assessment methods you intend to sample
  7. Tick  Planned Processes you follow (These are created by the Centre Manager)
  8. Tick Task Reminder checkbox
  9. Choose planned sample date from Date Picker
  10. Enter Additional comments (Optional)
  11. Click Save

Once you have made your sampling plan selections, these will be visible the Sampling Table. Assessment methods will be displayed as coloured boxes for the unit you planned to sample.
