RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

How to create sampling tasks - Single learner

To add planned sampling activities, pl

Single-Mode -Allows you to apply your sampling plan to a single learner and single unit in one go

  1. Click  Single-Mode
  2. Click on the Anticipated Completion Date within the unit you would like to sample
  3. Tick check boxes of the Assessment methods you intend to sample
  4. Tick any Planned Processes you follow (These are created by the Centre Manager)
  5. Tick the Task Reminder checkbox
  6. Set the planned sampling date from the date picker
  7. Enter Additional comments (Visible within the IV Planned Sampling Task)
  8. Click Save



  • Multi-Mode - Allows you to apply your sampling plan to multiple learners and multiple units in one go 


Once you have made your sampling plan selections, these will be visible the Sampling Table. Assessment methods will now be displayed as coloured boxes for the unit you planned to sample.


It's also helpful to know:

  • Tasks reminders relating to Planned Sampling will be visible 7 days, before the date you selected when creating your sampling plan
  • Sampling Tasks will only be generated if at least one assessment method has been selected.
  • IV's must manually click the Hide button of a task reminder to confirm that they have finished formatively sampling the unit.
