Overview
This guide explains how users can upload evidence directly to a learner’s portfolio without linking it to a specific assessment. Uploaded evidence will be stored in the learner’s Assessment Evidence area until it is attached to an assessment or used for future activity.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- All users with access to the learner’s portfolio
Steps
How to Upload Evidence
- Navigate to the learner’s Portfolio.
- Click the Assessment Evidence icon.
- Click Select Files or drag and drop files into the upload area.
- Choose the file from your device.
- (Optional) Rename the file or select a folder.
- Click Save to complete the upload.
Evidence uploaded here will be stored safely and can be attached to an assessment at a later time.

Tips & Notes
- Ensure uploaded evidence is in an accepted file format.
- Uploaded items will remain in the Assessment Evidence area until used.
- Evidence can be organised into folders for easier management.
