User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Assessor
- Learner
To attach evidence to an assessment, please follow the steps below:
- Open the Assessment
- Scroll down to the Evidence heading
- Click Add Attachment
- Click Select Files or Drag a file into the upload section
- Click Attach
If you are unable to see the Add Attachment option, this could be because of the of the way the assessment was created:
- If the assessment was created for the Assessor to start, the Assessor can attach the evidence
- If the assessment was created for the Learner to start, the Learner can attach the evidence
However, if the assessment was created for the learner to start, there is a Centre setting that allows an Assessor to add or remove evidence attachments after the Learner has signed the assessment. Please contact your Centre Manager to enable this feature:
