Overview
Onefile allows you to upload files directly to the platform, but there is a maximum file size limit. Centre Managers can view and change this limit within Centre Settings.
Maximum File Size
- Default Limit: 300MB
If a file exceeds this limit, you’ll need to use external storage solutions such as: - Dropbox
- Google Drive
- YouTube (for video files)
You can then upload a link to the external file in OneFile for easy access.
Steps to View or Change the Maximum File Upload Size
- Click Centre in the navigation bar.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll down to Miscellaneous.
- Scroll down to Uploads.
- Enter the maximum file size allowed for uploads.
- Click Save.
Best Practice
- Keep the limit at 300MB for optimal performance.
- For large multimedia files, use external hosting and share links.
