What's the maximum file upload size?

Centre Manager's can view and change the maximum file upload size within Centre Settings.

To locate the file upload size, follow the below steps:

  1. Click Centre
  2. Click Settings
  3. Scroll down to Miscellaneous
  4. Scroll down to Uploads
  5. Enter the maximum file size that can be uploaded onto OneFile

Maximum file size: 300MB

If a file exceeds the 300MB limit, you'll need to use external software (such as Dropbox, Google Drive, YouTube) to store the file. A link to the external file can then be uploaded to OneFile, to allow easy access to the file.
