Overview
Scheduling reviews helps structure planned learner interactions and ensures progress discussions and feedback are completed at the right time. Reviews can be scheduled directly within Onefile Eportfolio or via integrated MIS systems.
User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- Assessor
How to Schedule a Review
- Open the Learner’s Portfolio.
- Click the Reviews icon in the Information & Options section.
- Select the Start/End Date from the calendar.
- Add the Start/End Time using the time options.
- Select the visit type: Remote session or Face-to-Face visit.
- If Face-to-Face, enter the Location.
- Select the Assessor who will complete the review.
- Click Schedule.
Reviews can also be scheduled automatically via MIS systems such as PICS or YETI, or through systems using the Onefile API.
Unable to See the Review Icon?
If you cannot view the learner’s Review icon within their portfolio, this may be because:
- The learner has no Learning Aims or Units saved.
- The learner may not have been made reviewable.
Assessors without permission to manage learner accounts will need to contact a Centre Manager.
