User Roles
Changes to qualifications can be requested by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- Internal Quality Assurer
- Lead Internal Quality Assurer
If the qualification you want to make changes to is already on the Live server, we might not be able to make changes, as it could negatively impact learners that are already working on the qualificaiton.
Please email [email protected] with the details of your amendment request, a member of the team will let you know if the changes can be made.
If you haven't started using the qualification yet or are checking it on the Practice area, reply to the email thread relating to that qualification or email [email protected] if you can't find the email thread.
The team will need specific details of what you want to be changed, so please provide as much information as possible.
