How do I add a new qualification to my centre?

Centre Managers can request new qualifications whilst logged into OneFile. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Centre Manager account
  2. Click Centre in the navigation menu
  3. Click Learning Aims
  4. Click Request

You will now be taken to our qualification request portal, where you can request Regulated Qualifications, Apprenticeship Standards, Functional Skills or Bespoke Qualifications.

Once the portal has loaded:

  1. Click Request for the type of learning aim you would like to request
  2. Search using the code or title of the aim
  3. Attach the documentation
  4. Enter any specific requirements you have regarding the way you would like this built
  5. Click Add to Basket

Missing Qualifications?

If you're unable to find a regulated qualification or an apprenticeship standard, please submit a "Bespoke" request, leaving the title and/or code of the learning aim you require.

You can add as many requests into your basket as you want. When you're ready to check out:

  1. Click the Basket icon in the top corner of the page
  2. Click Checkout
  3. Enter your Email Address
  4. Click Place Order
