Request a change to a qualification

Overview

If you need to request changes to a qualification, the process varies depending on whether the qualification is already in use on the Live area or still being reviewed on the Practice area. Some changes cannot be made if the qualification is already active, as this may negatively impact learners who are currently working on it.

Who Can Request This?

Changes to qualifications can be requested by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • Internal Quality Assurer
  • Lead Internal Quality Assurer

How to Request a Qualification Change

If the qualification is already live and being used by learners:

Email cse@onefile.co.uk with full details of the amendment request. A member of the team will confirm whether the changes can be made.

If the Qualification Is Not Yet in Use

If you have not yet started using the qualification or you are reviewing it in the Practice area:

  • Reply to the existing email thread relating to that qualification, or
  • Email standards@onefile.co.uk if you cannot find the original communication.

To process your request, the team requires clear and specific details about the changes you want to make. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays.
