Upcoming Software Update: Enrol and RPL

On Thursday, 4th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol and RPL.

Full details of the changes can be found in the release notes below:

Scheduled Downtime: Please note that there will be a brief Eportfolio service interruption between 7:00 and 7:30 AM on the day of the update.

Action required: To avoid any data loss, make sure you're logged out and have saved all work before 7:00am.

Scheduled Maintenance Notice - Thursday, 4 June 2026

Scheduled maintenance will be carried out on Onefile this evening.
When: 21:00 - 21:30

During this time, Onefile will be temporarily unavailable.

What you need to do:
Please make sure you log out before 21:00, as any unsaved work may be lost. You’ll be able to log back in as soon as the maintenance is complete.

Logging into the Onefile Practice Area

Overview

The Practice Area is a test environment where you can check qualifications, learning aims, and configuration settings before applying them to your Live Onefile environment. Using the Practice Area helps prevent errors and ensures everything is set up correctly before going live.

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by any user with access to the Practice Area, typically Centre Managers or those needing to verify qualification setups.

Centre Settings

No additional centre settings are required. Access is granted based on user accounts configured for the Practice Area.


Steps to Log into the Practice Area

If You Know Your Login Details

  • Go to the Login page.
  • Enter your Email Address and Password.
  • Click Eportfolio.
  • Select Practice from the Filter by environment dropdown.
  • Click on your Practice Area account.

If You Don’t Know Your Login Details

  • Use the Forgot Password option on the login page.
  • Follow the instructions to reset your details.

If You Need to Check a Qualification but Don’t Have an Account

  • If you do not receive login details after resetting your password, contact Onefile Support for assistance.
  • If you do not have a Practice account, contact your Centre Manager or Onefile Account Manager.

✅ Tip: Always verify qualifications and learning aims in the Practice Area before applying them to Live. This prevents errors and ensures your centre’s setup is accurate.
