How do I change a pending Employer or Assessor Signature from an ILP?

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

If a learner has an ILP (Individual Learning Plan) that is awaiting a signature from a user who is no longer linked with the learner, the ILP stays in a pending state preventing another signable copy being created.

This can be resolved by following the steps below:

  1. Reassign the previous Assessor or Employer to the learner
  2. Go into the ILP and change the Assessor/Employer down at the bottom of the signature section by clicking Change Assessor or Change Employer
  3. Change the option to the new Assessor or Employer
  4. Click Use this Assessor or Use this Employer
  5. Remove the previous Assessor or Employer from the learner
