• In EPA Period
  The episode page now has a new "In EPA Period" tick box. This box records whether a learner has entered the end-point assessment period.
  The tick box can be set from the episode page or can be automatically set when their learner status changes.
  The learner statuses now have an "In EPA Period" tick box, which can be set from the learner status lookups screen.
  When a learner's status is updated, their "In EPA Period" tick box will be updated to match the selected status.
  When the "In EPA Period" of a status is updated, the system will ask the user if all learners with that status should also be updated.
  When a learner's "In EPA Period" tick box is ticked, a banner is displayed on the portfolio.
  The "In EPA Period" column has been added to the Learner View Database Report as an available column.
  The "In EPA Period" feature is only available if OTJ has been enabled for a centre.
• Planned End Date
  The episode page now includes a planned end date. This date is set at the start of the programme and should not be changed.
  This field lets you report on the learner's original planned end date. It has been added to the Learner View Database Report as an available column.
  The terminology used for the planned end date can be set from the Centre settings page.
  The User API end-point can set the planned end date when creating the new learner.
  When assigning a framework template to a learner, the learner's planned end date can be set automatically. It is calculated by adding the Duration (in weeks) to the learner's start date. A tick box on the template is used to enable this feature.

  These changes aren't guaranteed to be included in this update.  Any changes to the above planned updates will be communicated in this thread!
