We’re currently aware of an issue where download portfolio's are taking longer than expected to become available to download.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.

The product is currently making its way through the backlog and the portfolio's will be available as soon as possible.

We're carrying out some database maintenance to our Products on Friday 16th May 2025. This will require a maintenance window, during which services will be temporarily unavailable.

  • Time: 07:00am - 7:30am
