Improvements to existing features

RPL OTJT Hour Reductions Now Included in Create Learner Event

When transferring learners from RPL to Eportfolio via the Events system, any reduction in off-the-job training (OTJT) hours will now be passed through to Eportfolio. These reduced hours will be visible on the learner’s Timesheet and Episodes pages. Eportfolio will automatically adjust the apprenticeship’s minimum OTJT hours based on this reduction.
