Overview
When a Centre Manager enables the Employer role for a learning aim, employers can record their own view of a learner's progress on a Scorecard. This article explains how to score a Scorecard and how to compare your scores with other roles.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Employer
Access depends on the Employer role being enabled for the learning aim by a Centre Manager.
Steps to Score a Scorecard
- Open the learner's record and click the Scorecard tile.
- Click New Scorecard.
- Choose a unit (for example, Behaviours then open the criterion you want to score).
- Pick a score for the criterion using the rating buttons. If you have scored before, your previous score is shown alongside for comparison.
- Click Next to move through the remaining criteria, scoring each one.
- Once every criterion has a score, click Submit Scorecard.
Comparing Scores Across Roles
On the Overview page, use the Show roles filter on the Learning Growth chart to compare your scores against the learner's, or any other enabled role.
- The chart lets you select either multiple units for one role, or multiple roles for one unit, but not both at the same time.
Tips & Notes
- You must score every criterion before the Submit Scorecard button becomes available.
- Your previous score is shown next to each criterion so you can see how your view has changed over time.
Terminology
The terminology used in this article may differ depending on your Centre's configuration.
