Overview
Scorecards can be deleted in Onefile Eportfolio by authorised users who have been granted the Can Delete Scorecards permission. Once a Scorecard is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
User Roles and Permissions
A Scorecard can only be deleted by the following roles, and only when they have the correct permission:

| Centre Manager | Can Delete Scorecards |
| Assessor | Can Delete Scorecards |
| Trainee Assessor | Can Delete Scorecards |
If you do not see the delete icon, contact a Centre Manager to confirm your permissions.
Steps to Delete a Scorecard
- Navigate to the learner's Profile.
- Click the Progress tab.
- Select Scorecard.
- Click View All.
- Locate the Scorecard you want to delete.
- Click the Delete icon next to that Scorecard.
⚠️ Important: Deleted Scorecards cannot be recovered. Make sure you are deleting the correct one before you confirm.

- If you cannot see the delete icon, you may not have the required permission.
