Assign a Rating Scale to a Standard in Onefile Eportfolio

Overview

Centre Managers can link a standard to a rating scale template in Onefile Eportfolio. This makes sure the correct rating criteria are applied when a learner's progress is assessed against that standard.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

• Centre Manager

Centre Settings

No additional Centre settings are required to assign a rating scale to a standard.

Steps to Assign a Rating Scale to a Standard

1. Click Centre in the navigation menu, then click Standards.
2. Locate the standard you want to link to a rating scale.
3. Under Rating Scale Template, choose the appropriate scale from the dropdown list.
4. Click Save.

⚠️ Important: If you are unable to assign a rating scale to a standard, please contact standards@onefile.co.uk for assistance.

Tips & Notes

• Review your rating scales regularly to make sure they continue to align with your organisation's expectations and quality strategy.
• The rating scale must be published before it can be assigned to a standard.
