Overview
When this feature is enabled, a new Scorecard automatically pulls through the scores from the learner's previous Scorecard. This reduces duplication and speeds up scoring in Onefile Eportfolio.
User Roles
This feature is enabled by:
- Centre Manager
Centre Settings
Copy scores from the previous scorecard must be enabled. Once it is turned on, scores automatically pre-populate from the learner's most recent Scorecard whenever a new one is created.
How It Works
- The Centre Manager enables Copy scores from the previous scorecard.
- When a new Scorecard is created for a learner, the system checks their last completed Scorecard.
- Scores from the previous Scorecard automatically populate the new one.
This helps maintain consistency and reduces the time needed to complete new Scorecards.
Tips & Notes
- Scores can still be adjusted manually before the new Scorecard is saved.
- If the previous Scorecard has missing or incomplete scores, those fields remain blank.
- This feature only works when the Centre setting is enabled.
