Enrol User Overview

Overview

Onefile Enrol includes several pre‑built user roles. Each role determines the level of access, permissions, and functionality available to the user. Understanding these roles ensures the correct permissions are assigned during setup and onboarding.

User Roles

Below is an overview of the core roles available within Enrol:

User RoleDescription
Super AdminAdministers the Centre in Enrol. Responsible for configuration and user creation.
  • Creates users and assigns roles
  • Creates Employers (Organisations) and Key Contacts
  • Creates learners & links them to employers
  • Creates forms and defines workflows
  • Sends forms to learners and reviews returned data
AdminManages the creation of Learners and Employers, and can send and review forms.
TutorManages employers, views assigned learners and related courses, and can send and review forms.

Tips & Notes

  • Roles can be combined—users may hold multiple roles depending on Centre requirements.
  • Key Contacts are typically employer representatives responsible for completing employer-related form data.
  • Only Super Admins can configure Centre‑level settings and workflows.
