On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Exporting and Importing ILPs

Overview

ILPs (Individual Learning Plans) can be exported from one Centre and imported into another. This is especially useful when moving templates between your live and practice centres. Any forms linked to the ILP will also be included in the export/import process.

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by the following user role:

  • Centre Manager

Required Permission

  • Design and assign forms

Steps

Exporting an ILP

  1. Click Centre in the navigation menu.
  2. Click ILP Versions.
  3. Click Import/Export Wizard.
  4. Select the ILP you want to export.
  5. Click Export.

Importing an ILP

  1. Click Centre in the navigation menu.
  2. Click ILP Versions.
  3. Click Import/Export Wizard.
  4. Click Choose File and select the ILP file from your saved location.
  5. Click Upload.

ILPs can be exported from your live centre into your practice centre and vice versa. Any forms linked to the ILP will also be imported automatically.

Tips & Notes

  • Ensure that all linked forms are published before exporting an ILP.
  • Use the Import/Export Wizard for version control and template consistency across centres.
  • Imports are typically instantaneous but may vary depending on file size.
