Overview
A Learner Sync updates your app with any changes made to the online version of OneFile for all your learners. This includes updates to their progress, selected learning aims, units, and more.
We recommend performing a learner sync every time you use the app—or at least for the learner you’re visiting—to ensure you have the most up-to-date information.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Assessor
- Trainee Assessor
Steps to Complete a Learner Sync
Follow these steps in the OneFile app:
- Tap Learners on the home screen.
- Selectthe learner(s) you wish to sync:
- Tap the learner’s name to sync an individual learner.
- Or tap Sync All to sync all learners.
- Tap Sync.
- Choose the elements you wish to sync.
- Tap Start Sync.
ℹ️Important Notes
Best Practice: Always sync before starting a visit to ensure you have the latest learner data.
