Overview
Admin users can import programmes directly from Enrol into Enrol Onboarding. This allows existing programme setups to be reused within the Onboarding Module, enabling administrators to select these programmes when building onboarding workflows — without the need to recreate them manually.

This feature can be used by the following user role:

Steps
How to Import Programmes
- Click Programmes from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click Import Programmes.
- Select the programme(s) you wish to import.
- Click Import Programmes to confirm.
Once imported, programmes will appear in your Programmes list in Enrol Onboarding.
✔️ Tip: Any users linked to the imported programme who do not already exist in Enrol Onboarding will be automatically created during the import.
Tips & Notes
- Imported programmes can be used immediately when building onboarding workflows.
- Only Admin users can import programmes into Enrol Onboarding.
- Ensure the programme is fully configured in Enrol before importing.
