Overview
Programmes within Enrol Onboarding define the onboarding structure a learner will follow. When a programme is no longer required, Administrators can archive it. Archiving removes the programme from active use while keeping it available for reference or reactivation.

Steps
How to Archive a Programme
- Click Programmes from the left-hand menu.
- Click the three dots next to the programme you wish to archive.
- Select Archive.
- Click Archive Programme on the confirmation pop‑up.
Tips & Notes
- Archived programmes cannot be selected when assigning workflows.
- If a programme is archived in error, it may be unarchived depending on Centre configuration.
- Archiving is recommended over deleting if the programme may be needed in the future.
