Archive a programme within Enrol Onboarding

Overview

Programmes within Enrol Onboarding define the onboarding structure a learner will follow. When a programme is no longer required, Administrators can archive it. Archiving removes the programme from active use while keeping it available for reference or reactivation.

Steps

How to Archive a Programme

1. Click Programmes from the left-hand menu.
2. Click the three dots next to the programme you wish to archive.
3. Select Archive.
4. Click Archive Programme on the confirmation pop‑up.

Tips & Notes

• Archived programmes cannot be selected when assigning workflows.
• If a programme is archived in error, it may be unarchived depending on Centre configuration.
• Archiving is recommended over deleting if the programme may be needed in the future.
