Upcoming System Update: Eportfolio & Learning Journal

On Wednesday, 3rd September 2025, we’ll be rolling out a series of enhancements to Eportfolio and the Learning Journal aimed at improving usability, accuracy, and the overall experience for both learners and assessors.

Bulk return applications

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Client Owner
  • Tutor
  • Finance Admin

To return applicatations to an applicant follow the below steps: 

  1. Click Applications on the navigation menu 
  2. Tick applications name(s) 
  3. Click Send back to applicants 
  4. Add Email Subject and Email Body and include magic link (optional) 
  5. Click Send back to applicant 

Only applications In Review can be returned to the applicant.
