Bulk return applications

Overview

Client Owners, Tutors, and Finance Admins can return multiple applications back to applicants in one action. This is useful when several applications require amendments or additional information before progressing.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Client Owner
  • Tutor
  • Finance Admin

Steps to Bulk Return Applications

  1. Click Applications on the navigation menu.
  2. Tick the checkbox next to the application(s) you want to return.
  3. Click Send back to applicants.
  4. Add an Email Subject and Email Body.
  5. (Optional) Include a Magic Link for quicker access.
  6. Click Send back to applicant.

Applicants will receive an email notifying them that their application has been returned and requires their attention.

Important Information

  • Only applications with the status In Review can be returned.
  • Returned applications re-open for the applicant, allowing them to make the required changes.
  • Magic links enable applicants to access the application quickly without navigating through Keychain.

Tips & Notes

  • Use bulk return to save time when several applications need the same update request.
  • Ensure the email body clearly explains what needs updating before re-submission.
  • Returned applications remain visible in the Applications list until the applicant resubmits.
