User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Client Owner
- Tutor
- Finance Admin
To return applicatations to an applicant follow the below steps:
- Click Applications on the navigation menu
- Tick applications name(s)
- Click Send back to applicants
- Add Email Subject and Email Body and include magic link (optional)
- Click Send back to applicant
Only applications In Review can be returned to the applicant.
