Overview
Training Providers can now add comments against individual criteria within a Skills Scan scorecard, providing learners with clear and targeted feedback.
User Roles
This feature can be used by Training Providers who review Skills Scan submissions.
What's Changed?
- Add comments against individual scorecard criteria.
- Learners can view comments when a Skills Scan is returned for review.
- Learners can filter by Changes Suggested to focus on commented criteria.
- Comments are included in downloaded copies of the Skills Scan.

- Provide targeted learner feedback.
- Identify specific areas requiring review.
- Improve communication between learners and reviewers.
Tips & Notes
- Comments are linked to individual criteria rather than the overall scorecard.
- Use comments to explain suggested changes or required evidence.
- Downloaded scorecards include all comments.
