Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Complete a Skills Assessment (RPL)

Overview

As part of your apprenticeship application, you may be required to complete a Skills Assessment. This helps your training provider understand your existing experience and prior learning before beginning your programme.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user role:

  • Applicant

Steps to Complete Your Skills Assessment

  1. Start the Skills Assessment
    • Click Start skills assessment on your dashboard.
    • Click Get started.
  2. Complete Job Experience
    • Fill in all fields on the Job Experience page.
    • Click Next.
  3. Complete Qualifications
    • Fill in all fields on the Qualifications page.
    • Click Next to move to Knowledge.
  4. Rate Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours

    For each section:

    • Select a score for each statement.
    • (Optional) Click Leave a Comment to add relevant details.
    • (Optional) Click Attach documents to upload supporting evidence.
    • Click Next to proceed.
  5. Repeat these steps for Skills and Behaviours.

Tip: You can return to the assessment at any time. Your progress is saved automatically when you click Next.

After Completion

  • Your application will be reviewed by your training provider.
  • You can check the status of your Skills Assessment from your Home Screen.

Troubleshooting

Cannot find the emailCheck your spam/junk folder or contact your training provider.
Assessment not savingEnsure you click Next after completing each section.
Cannot upload documentsCheck file size and format requirements.
