Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Creating Custom Workflows

Overview

Custom Workflows allow you to build tailored form processes within Enrol. These workflows define the order and structure of how forms are completed by different users, ensuring data is captured in the correct sequence.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Super Admin
  • Admin

Steps to Create a Custom Workflow

  1. Click Form Templates.
  2. Click New form template.
  3. Click Create form workflow.
  4. Add the workflow name.
  5. Select the desired Stage.
  6. Click Add Stage to include additional steps.
  7. Click Save and exit.

Your workflow has now been created.

Additional Information

  • You can add as many stages as needed to define the order of completion.
  • Stages can include Learners, Employers, Training Providers, and other role types (depending on Centre configuration).
  • Workflows can be edited at any time via the Form Templates section.

Tips & Notes

  • Keep workflow stages clear and logical to avoid confusion for users completing forms.
  • Use workflow names that clearly identify their purpose (e.g., “Employer Onboarding Process”).
  • Test your workflow using a draft form before publishing it to live users.
