Disable a user

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Provider Admin

To disable a user, which prevents them from logging into ILR, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to ILR
  2. Click Admin from your left navigation bar
  3. Click User Management
  4. Click on user
  5. Click Disable user
  6. Click Continue

To enable a disabled user, follow steps 1-4 and click Enable user.
