Overview
Archived learners may still appear on the Eportfolio App if there are outstanding Assessments, Plans, Reviews, or Evidence stored on the app for that learner. To resolve this, you can either:
- Un-archive the learner online and upload the data, or
- Delete the data from the app.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Assessor
- Trainee Assessor
Steps to Delete Data from the App
- Tap My Learners
- Tap the Learner
- Tap the area you wish to delete data from
- Press and Hold Items Press and hold the items you want to delete. A tick will appear to the right of the item.
(You can select multiple items in this state.) - Tap Delete Tap Delete located at the bottom-right.
- Complete a Centre and Learner Sync
- Once deletion is complete, perform: Centre Sync & Learner Sync
- Tap Done
Your learner list will now update, and archived learners will no longer appear on your app.
