A Centre Sync ensures your OneFile App is up to date with the latest configuration changes made to the online version of OneFile. This includes updates to:
- Centre settings
- Learning aims (new or updated)
- Other configuration changes
We recommend performing a Centre Sync every time you use the App, to ensure you have the most current data available.
Steps to Perform a Centre Sync
- Open the OneFile App
- Tap the Cog icon on the homepage
- Tap "Sync Settings"
- Tap "Select All" to download all available updates
- Tap "Start Sync" to begin the process
ℹ️Important Notes
If you've been assigned new learners or suspect changes in a learner’s portfolio, you’ll also need to perform a Learner Sync to ensure those updates are reflected in your app.
