Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Assessor and Trainee Assessor
- Learner
Steps to Delete Plans, Assessments, Reviews, or Evidence
To remove unwanted items from the Eportfolio App:
- Open the OneFile Eportfolio App and log in.
- Tap My Learners.
- Select the learner’s name.
- Tap the relevant section: Plans, Assessments, Reviews, or Evidence.
- Press and hold any item to enable multi-selection.
- Tap each item you wish to delete.
- Tap the Bin icon at the bottom-right corner to delete the selected items.
ℹ️Important Notes
Deleting data from the app is irreversible.
Once deleted, plans, assessments, reviews, or evidence cannot be recovered.
