Overview
The BKSB integration automatically syncs learner data and assessment results between BKSB and Onefile. Once enabled, the integration runs daily updates to keep both systems aligned.
Initial Setup
- After enabling the integration, allow up to 24 hours (overnight) for OneFile to download user data from BKSB.
- Learners are automatically matched when their email addresses are identical in both systems.
- Matched learners’ assessment data appears instantly on the BKSB page of their portfolio.
- Email addresses must be verified for matching to occur.
Automated Processes and Frequency

Diagnostic Report
A new report called BKSB Unmatched is available in the Diagnostics section of the Centre Manager’s report page.
- Section 1: OneFfle learners not matched to BKSB.
- Section 2: BKSB learners not matched to Onefile.
To fix unmatched learners:
- Update the learner’s email address in either system so they match.
- If changed in BKSB → picked up after next Get BKSB Users overnight update.
- If changed in Onefile → picked up after next Match BKSB Users update.
BKSB Databridge
If your Centre uses Databridge, contact BKSB for advice before enabling the API integration.
Multiple Centres
The integration supports multiple Onefile centres. Use the same API Key and Token when enabling integration across centres.

Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Learner not matched | Verify email addresses match in both systems and are verified. |
| Assessment data missing | Wait for overnight sync or check BKSB account status. |
| Integration not working | Confirm API Key and Token are correct and integration is enabled. |
