How do I enable the BKSB API integration?

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

API Token and Key

This integration requires an API token and Key from BKSB. You can retrieve your BKSB API Token and Key by following the steps below.

  1. Log into BKSB
  2. Click Admin Options in navigation menu
  3. Click API Access Keys

To enable the integration, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Centre in navigation menu
  2. Click Integrations
  3. Click Configure for BKSB
  4. Click Edit
  5. Add API Key
  6. Add API Token
  7. Tick Enabled
  8. Click Save

Once the integration has been enabled, it may take up to 24 hours to get the data from bksb. Further information on how the integration works, can be found here.

If your centre currently using the data bridge integration, please contact BKSB for advise before enabling the API integration.
