How do I capture evidence on the app?

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor
  • Learner

To capture evidence on the OneFile Eportfolio app, follow the steps below:

Assessors Learners
  1. Log into the app 
  2. Tap on My Learners 
  3. Tap on a Learner 
  4. Tap on Evidence 
  5. Tap either Capture Video, Take Photo, Record Audio or Import File
  6. Tap Save (press ok first if you chose capture video or record audio)

Note - you will need to have sufficient storage on your device to capture evidence on the app.
