User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- Internal Quality Assurer with permission
- Assessor with permission
Permissions
Can manage learner accounts
To enable Review icon by following the steps below:
- Click Users in the navigation menu
- Click Learner Episodes
- Search for and locate the learner
- Click Episode tab
- Tick the Tick here to use reviews for this learner checkbox
- Click Save
To ensure new Learners are automatically reviewable, follow the below steps as the Centre Manager:
- Click Centre in the navigation menu
- Click Settings
- Scroll to Miscellaneous
- Tick the Automatically enable progress reviews for new learners checkbox
- Click Save
Once these steps have been completed, the review Icon will be visible within the learner's portfolio.
