On Tuesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio, to introduce some enhancements and fixes.

Please ensure you are logged out of your Eportfolio account before 7am to prevent any data loss.

Data exports can be set up for an individual Centre, or as a Customer if you have multiple OneFile Centres. As default, all new data exports will be set up at the Customer level.

The data exports cover most, but not all of the major features in OneFile. To view a list of all available files and the fields within those files, please download the attachment below. 

Custom Forms

It's also possible to include custom form data as individual CSV files. You'll need to submit a ticket to a member of the OneFile Support team and provide the names of the custom forms you want to include in the data exports
