Data exports allow you to extract information from Onefile for reporting and analysis. Exports can be configured at the Centre level or at the Customer level (for organisations with multiple Onefile Centres).
ℹ️ Default Setting: All new data exports are set up at the Customer level.
Available Fields

The data exports cover most major Onefile features, though not all. The spreadsheet includes full details of every available export and its associated fields.
Custom Forms
Custom form data can be included as separate CSV files within your export package. To request this:
- Submit a ticket to the OneFile Support Team.
- Provide the exact names of the custom forms you would like added.
Additional Options
- Enable or disable individual export files as needed.
- Request additional custom form exports through support.
Troubleshooting
Issue: Custom forms are not included in the download.
Solution: Raise a support ticket requesting form-specific CSV files along with the form names.
