Data exports allow you to extract information from Onefile for reporting and analysis. Exports can be configured at the Centre level or at the Customer level (for organisations with multiple Onefile Centres).
ℹ️ Default Setting: All new data exports are set up at the Customer level.

The data exports cover most major features in OneFile, but not all. The spreadsheet provides details of all available files and their fields.
Custom Forms
You can include custom form data as individual CSV files in your export.
To do this:
- Submit a ticket to the OneFile Support Team.
- Provide the names of the custom forms you want included.
✅ Tip: Regularly review your export configuration to ensure it includes all required data for compliance and reporting.
