Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Data Export Fields

Overview

Data exports allow you to extract information from Onefile for reporting, analysis and data warehousing. Exports can be configured at either the Centre level or the Customer level (for organisations with multiple Onefile Centres).

ℹ️ Default Setting: All new data exports are created at the Customer level.

Available Fields

To view a complete list of all available fields for each export file, download the spreadsheet below.

The exported fields cover most major Onefile features. The spreadsheet provides full details of every export and its associated fields.

Custom Forms

Custom Form data can be included as separate CSV files within your export package.

To request this:

  1. Submit a ticket to Onefile Support.
  2. Provide the exact names of the Custom Forms you want added.

✔️ Tip: Review your export configuration regularly to ensure it contains all necessary data for compliance, funding and reporting.

Additional Options

  • Enable or disable individual export files by contacting Support.
  • Request additional Custom Form exports through a support ticket.
