How to Connect to the Data Exports (CSV Files)

Overview

Data exports from Onefile are available via FTP. You’ll need an FTP client (e.g., FileZilla) and credentials provided by the Onefile Support Team.


Credentials

  • Username and Password will be shared securely by a support team member.
  • Credentials are case-sensitive.

Additional Requirements

  • The FTPS server uses port 990 for connection (explicit FTP over TLS).
  • FTP uses passive transfer mode.
  • Contact your IT team to open these ports to Onefile’s server (51.140.164.76):
    • 990 (connection)
    • 21000–21100 (data transfer)

Steps to Connect Using FileZilla

  1. Open FileZilla (or your preferred FTP client).
  2. Enter the connection details:
    • Host: ftp-01.onefile.co.uk
    • Port: 990
    • Protocol: FTP over TLS
    • Username and Password (provided by Support)
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Navigate to the folder containing the CSV exports.

Troubleshooting
