Overview
Data exports from Onefile are available via FTP. You’ll need an FTP client (e.g., FileZilla) and credentials provided by the Onefile Support Team.
Credentials
- Username and Password will be shared securely by a support team member.
- Credentials are case-sensitive.

Additional Requirements
- The FTPS server uses port 990 for connection (explicit FTP over TLS).
- FTP uses passive transfer mode.
- Contact your IT team to open these ports to Onefile’s server (
51.140.164.76):- 990 (connection)
- 21000–21100 (data transfer)
Steps to Connect Using FileZilla
- Open FileZilla (or your preferred FTP client).
- Enter the connection details:

ftp-01.onefile.co.uk - Port:
990 - Protocol: FTP over TLS
- Username and Password (provided by Support)
- Host:
- Click Connect.
- Navigate to the folder containing the CSV exports.
Troubleshooting
