RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

  • Send Forms in Seconds!

    Sending forms to individual learners is now simpler. Just navigate to the learner's Tasks section and select Send New Form.

  • No More Verification Codes!

    We've introduced a new, streamlined authentication method for accessing forms. Previously, the introduction of a verification process caused some difficulties for customers. While ensuring the security of forms is essential, we recognised the need to rethink and simplify the process.

    Users no longer need to request a verification code. Instead, the link provided will automatically expire after the first access or after 7 days. If accessed for the first time within this 7-day window, users will be taken directly to the form. If the link has expired, users will see an option to request a new one, which will be sent to their email.

  • Forms to Multiple Recipients Made Easy!

    You can now send an individual form to multiple recipients. Whether you want to send the form to a learner's personal and work email, or you're unsure which line manager is available, simply input all the relevant email addresses. All recipients will receive a link to the form. Once one recipient has completed and submitted the form, any remaining recipients will see a message letting them know it has already been completed.

    We hope this added flexibility will help speed up your processes and make managing forms even easier.

  • (TM-4057) We have resolved an issue where the learner's date of birth was overwritten when the OneFile ILR update event was enabled. This occurred only for dates of birth before 1990.

These changes aren't guaranteed to be included in this update.  Any changes to the above planned updates will be communicated in this thread!
